Terms & conditions
These terms apply when you order from Fit Bowls by Spices of Rugby. Placing an order means you accept them.

01Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it in our kitchen, which is when the order status changes to Accepted. If we cannot accept an order — because an ingredient has sold out or we are at capacity for your slot — we will cancel it and refund you in full.
02Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The total is calculated on our server from the ingredients and portions you selected — the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. You pay in the shop when you collect, by card or cash.
03Collection
All orders are for collection from our Rugby kitchen. We hold prepared food for 30 minutes past your chosen slot. After that we may dispose of it for food safety reasons and cannot offer a refund. If you are running late, call us.
04Changes and cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start preparing your order. Once the status is Preparing, the ingredients have been weighed and cooked to your specification and we cannot refund it. Because food is made to your order, the usual 14-day distance selling cancellation right does not apply.
05Allergens and nutrition
Nutrition figures are calculated from stored per-100g values and the exact portions you choose. They are typical values and may vary with preparation. Our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee any bowl is free from traces. If you have a severe allergy, call us before ordering.
06Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You do not need an account to order — guest checkout is always available. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently.
07Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
